Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are governed by and interpreted pursuant to the Polish law. In all matters not covered by Terms of Use, Polish Civil Code and other relevant Polish law provisions shall apply. Choice of Polish law may not have the result of depriving the consumer of the protection afforded to them by provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement by virtue of the law of the consumer's state. Contacts concluded by the author/seller and services provided are performed in English and Polish.

Contacting me through the ready-made form shown on the initial page is only possible for business purposes. If you are interested in the product, please contact me by email info@annazupok.com to arrange details and information about the individual works.

When you decide to purchase the work, I will send all the details to your email. If all the conditions meet your expectations, you can make a payment via PayPal or bank transfer. Upon receipt of payment, the work is packed and shipped properly seccured. I provide worldwide shipping. For shipping outside of Poland, shipping costs will be added. Domestic shipping is for free.

Commissions

Individual details and preferences are established first. If the work is about your pet, you should send the best possible photo — sharp, with as much detail as possible. The price depends on the size of the project, the background and the medium. The whole process is described on the Commissions page.

When it comes to ordering wildlife paintings, you can email me your own reference photo. If you don't have one, you can give me the subject of the painting and your request, after which I will do my best to meet the task and find a suitable reference photo.

Any and all disputes which might arise under or out of this Terms of Use shall be examined according to the jurisidiction is the court of the Anna Zupok seat.

Please note: When you buy any of the originals, you do not buy its copyright. All copyright remains with Anna Zupok. The works shown on this website should not be copied or used for personal use without permission of the author. In the case of use of artistic work, the customer is obligated to obtain written consent.
